LandVal is preparing its commercial terms before launch. Marketplace information, including fictional demonstration opportunities, is provided for illustrative purposes and does not form an offer, agreement or professional advice.

For vendors, an AI Site Assessment and listing a site are free: there is no upfront vendor fee and no LandVal acquisition or success fee payable by the vendor on completion. Where an acquisition fee is configured or agreed, it is payable by the successful incoming purchaser/developer and remains subject to the applicable purchaser terms, VAT treatment and formal legal documentation.

Any transaction, option, promotion or other proposal remains subject to the parties’ own due diligence, legal advice and formal documentation.
